We do not offer full property management (repairs coordination, rent collection, and ongoing maintenance oversight) as a standard service — those engagements are handled on a case-by-case basis and are quoted separately. We also do not guarantee rental income or void-period timelines: Nakuru's rental market varies by property type, location, and season, and any agent who quotes precise void guarantees is not being candid.
